We offer in-house legal education in the form of Lunch & Learns, where we provide lunch and instructional sessions on practical aspects of a successful legal practice and professional growth.
Zausmer also has an Associate Development Committee comprised of shareholders and associates with varying levels of experience. The primary goal of the Associate Development Committee is to facilitate communication within the firm, to formalize in-house training for all associates, and to provide activities that promote networking, marketing, and socializing outside of the office.

We promote mentoring and coaching for all attorneys through our mentorship groups. Each Zausmer associate is assigned to a mentor group that helps them further develop their skills and career path and allows them to form new relationships with other associates and partners that may be outside of their immediate practice area. Through fostering these relationships, and feedback from associates and partners, we hope to enhance every employee’s professional and personal goals. We also encourage all of our associates to become active in various professional, political, and community organizations.
