Brian D. King is an associate in the firm’s Business and Commercial Litigation, and Insurance Defense groups. Brian has a wide array of expertise, and specializes in cases involving products liability, premises liability, first-party no-fault, third-party automobile negligence, trucking, and general business disputes.
He has successfully represented his clients in a broad variety of complex litigation matters at both the trial court and appellate level. Brian litigates cases with tenacity, and his creative thinking and unique discovery inquiries often uncover witnesses and facts which prove to be the deciding factor in a favorable outcome for his client.
