An accomplished litigator with more than a decade of experience, Erin Katz is a valuable member of Zausmer’s Insurance Defense practice group, focusing on general liability, first-party no-fault, and third-party negligence matters.
Erin is detail-oridented, and clients know they can depend on her to know their case inside and out. She has successfully defended claims including product liability, wrongful death, personal injury, construction contracts, electrocution, and multimillion-dollar franchise disputes.
Erin began her career at a mid-sized firm specializing in real estate and title curative litigation. She then moved to several large firms, where she focused her practice on consumer financial services, trucking and transportation, and general and auto negligence litigation. Erin also gained valuable experience as a in-house counsel with a national insurance company, where she assisted in the development of a specialized litigation unit to address discovery from overly aggressive opposing counsel.Read More +
