Lindsay Weiss is an associate in Zausmer’s Insurance Defense group. She is passionate about providing solutions to her clients and thrives on providing a practical, comprehensive litigation strategy and interesting legal arguments.
Before coming to Zausmer, Lindsay worked at two smaller law firms, where she was responsible for handling all facets of civil pre-trial litigation, including drafting briefs and attending hearings and facilitation in civil rights, first- and third-party auto, and personal injury cases. She also notably has experience in appellate litigation, including drafting petitions to the United States Supreme Court and a successful published case from the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals (Ouza v. City of Dearborn Heights, 969 F.3d 265 (6th Cir. 2020)).
