Darice Weber has secured defense verdicts in complex, high-exposure litigation for nearly 30 years, representing clients in malpractice, trucking, employment, and negligence matters.
Darice believes that every move in a case should accomplish something meaningful, whether in discovery, motion practice, settlement negotiations, or trial. Clients rely on her to identify strengths and risks and to develop a plan that positions the case for the best possible outcome without unnecessary litigation activity. She has secured defense verdicts, obtained dismissals in complex litigation, and handled appellate matters in state and federal courts, including the United States Supreme Court, the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Michigan Supreme Court.
Darice’s practice includes complex litigation involving legal malpractice, trucking and transportation claims, employment disputes, professional liability, and negligence defense. Her focus is on delivering value and directing case strategy from start to finish. Darice demonstrates command of both the facts and the law in the legal malpractice matters she handles. She also has extensive experience handling high-exposure trucking and automobile negligence matters and has won numerous jury trials involving weeks of testimony and trial work.
