Throughout her career, Valerie has worked on significant commercial disputes across a range of industries. She served on the litigation team representing victims of a multibillion-dollar Ponzi scheme and contributed to trial preparation that led to one of the largest jury verdicts in state history. She has also represented clients in automotive supply chain disputes, fraud-related litigation, fiduciary duty claims, and consumer actions filed in federal courts nationwide.

Known for her judgment, writing, and oral advocacy, Valerie serves as a trusted counselor throughout the litigation process. She values communication and accessibility so that her clients stay apprised of both the legal issues at stake and the practical consequences of each decision.

Valerie earned her J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School, where she received Trial Practice Achievement honors and Legal Research and Writing honors. She earned her B.A., with honors, from Michigan State University and is a member of the bar in Michigan and Minnesota.

Outside the office, Valerie enjoys reading, painting, yoga, and spending time with her two rescue dogs, Rowan and Riley, who are brothers. She is a lifelong Michigander and proud supporter of both the Spartans and the Wolverines.
