Drawing on years of experience representing claimants, Ryan anticipates how cases will develop and builds defense strategies that account for risk, cost, and resolution.
Ryan represents insurers in PIP, uninsured and underinsured motorist, and no-fault matters. After a decade spent representing claimants in insurance litigation, he understands how claims are developed, valued, and pursued. He uses that perspective to anticipate opposing arguments and evaluate risk.
Ryan approaches litigation with the end result in mind. He weighs potential exposure against the time and expense required to reach a resolution, then looks for the course that best serves the client’s financial and legal interests. Preparation anchors his approach, but Ryan knows that litigation rarely follows a script. When testimony, evidence, or an argument changes the direction of a matter, he adjusts his strategy and keeps the case moving.
