Jalese DeBiasi draws on over a decade of trial and civil litigation experience to defend insurers in auto and general negligence claims.
Jalese is a skilled litigator with a strong command of case strategy. She focuses her practice on insurance defense, handling mainly No-Fault first-party PIP, third-party bodily injury, and medical provider claims, as well as general negligence and premise liability claims. She evaluates risk early, builds fact-driven defenses, and positions cases for resolution or trial.
Before shifting to civil litigation, Jalese practiced criminal law as both a defense attorney and a prosecutor. During her time prosecuting felony cases, she secured over 20 guilty verdicts in under two years. That courtroom work sharpened her ability to manage high-pressure proceedings, exhibit agility in decision-making, assess witnesses, and respond decisively in trial–all strengths she brings to civil defense.
