Brittany Crego brings a strong analytical mindset to her legal practice, combining thorough research, clear communication, and steady execution to manage complex cases and deliver consistent results.
Brittany’s background in investigative work shapes how she approaches legal problem-solving. She interned with the FBI before law school and originally pursued law due to an interest in federal investigations. While her practice today is rooted in litigation, that early exposure to high-stakes problem-solving continues to influence her attention to detail and follow-through.
Through her work in sensitive investigations, Brittany gained firsthand experience in interviewing, fact development, and assessing the validity of claims. Her experiences translate to a thoughtful, fact-based approach. She works closely with her team to manage cases from early analysis through litigation, ensuring that clients meet procedural requirements and advance their objectives.
Brittany earned her J.D. from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law, where she received the Henry H. Tarrant Award for Black Student Excellence and a Dean’s Scholarship. During law school, she completed a federal judicial externship and obtained certification in civil mediation.
Outside of her legal work, Brittany enjoys cooking, traveling, especially to cities, and staying active. She believes that if something matters, it’s worth doing now.
