Concetta Moceri-Louzon draws on a decade of insurance defense experience and her unmatched commitment to effective discovery to help clients resolve complex claims.
Concetta focuses her practice on insurance defense litigation, drawing on more than ten years of experience handling high-stakes disputes across personal and commercial lines. She represents insurers and insureds in matters involving no-fault personal injury protection (PIP), bodily injury, uninsured/underinsured motorist, general liability, premises liability, and commercial trucking claims. Her cases often include complex damages, layered insurance coverage, and catastrophic injuries or wrongful death claims.
Concetta’s strength lies in her relentless command of the facts. She combs through records, uncovers key details others might miss, and uses those findings to build clear, defensible strategies. Her guiding principle: the answer is already in the documents; dig until you find it.
Concetta supports clients with direct, responsive communication. She stays accessible, maintaining close contact throughout litigation and adapting her availability to theirs. Whether she’s preparing for trial, crafting deposition strategy, or advising on case valuation, she aligns her work with the client’s legal and business priorities.
Concetta earned her J.D. from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law and her B.A. in Political Science from Oakland University. She is admitted to practice in Michigan and in the U.S. District Courts for both the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan.
Away from the office, Concetta volunteers with her children’s community programs.
