Darice Weber has secured defense verdicts in complex, high-exposure litigation for nearly 30 years, representing clients in malpractice, trucking, employment, and negligence matters.

Darice believes that every move in a case should accomplish something meaningful, whether in discovery, motion practice, settlement negotiations, or trial. Darice’s practice includes complex litigation involving legal malpractice, trucking and transportation claims, employment disputes, professional liability, and negligence defense. Her focus is on delivering value and directing case strategy from start to finish. Darice demonstrates command of both the facts and the law in the legal malpractice matters she handles. She also has extensive experience handling high-exposure trucking and automobile negligence matters and has won numerous jury trials involving weeks of testimony and trial work.
