This attention to detail allows him to develop strategies that address both legal risks and operational concerns. His experience in-house and in private practice gives him a clear understanding of both legal risk and business priorities.
Understanding that communication is key to effective advocacy, Robert cultivates strong relationships with his clients. He keeps them informed at every step and values responsiveness, using open dialogue to refine strategy and stay aligned with client goals.
He began his legal career clerking in Oakland County Circuit Court. He earned his J.D. magna cum laude from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School, where he served as Managing Associate Editor of the Law Review. He is admitted to practice in Michigan and in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.
