With nearly 20 years of law enforcement experience and a decade as an attorney, Robin Harrington is a valuable attorney in the firm’s Business and Commercial Litigation, Insurance Defense, and Sexual Misconduct Coverage and Defense practice groups.

Robin’s law enforcement career included corrections, dispatch, and 14 years as a certified police officer. After leaving law enforcement, she decided to continue using her legal and investigative skills by obtaining her law degree. Robin’s law enforcement experience and her initial work as a plaintiff’s attorney provided the opportunity to see various angles of a case, giving her an advantage with her clients. As a plaintiff’s attorney, Robin acquired practical expertise with first- and third-party auto cases, premises liability, negligence, discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, and whistleblower claims.

Before joining the team at Zausmer, Robin also gained extensive experience as a defense attorney, garnering many successful outcomes with first- and third-party auto cases, premises liability, negligence, and employment matters. As a quick, critical thinker, she knows how to get to the core of the matter and formulate the best defense strategy.
