A trial attorney with decades of litigation experience, Caroline Grech pairs strategic case analysis with client-focused counsel to help businesses and organizations navigate disputes and risks.

For more than 25 years, Caroline has represented businesses, organizations, and professionals in complex litigation, guiding clients through disputes involving employment law, commercial claims, premises liability, defamation, professional liability, and high-exposure matters. She strives to understand what matters most to each client and builds a strategy around those priorities.

Her path in the legal profession reflects the persistence she brings to her work. While working full time in the legal field, she advanced from legal assistant to paralegal before earning her law degree while working full-time and raising a family. Licensed in Michigan and Ohio, Caroline has handled matters in state and federal courts, appellate courts, arbitration proceedings, and administrative agencies. She also advises businesses on workplace issues and operational decisions designed to reduce future legal exposure.
