Mischa Boardman Discusses Easements at Michigan Society of Professional Surveyors’ 77th Annual Meeting

Zausmer, August & Caldwell shareholder Mischa Boardman spoke at the Michigan Society of Professional Surveyors’ 77th Annual Meeting at the Grand Traverse Resort in Acme, Michigan, on Wednesday, February 21, 2018.

In her two-hour seminar on “Easements,” Mischa explained the fundamentals and functions of easements, important aspects and legal rights associated with easement ownership, and distinctions from other types of real estate interests. She also covered how easements are created, maintained, and terminated, as well as the ramifications of interfering with the use of an easement.
