Shareholder Kyle Warwick Secures No-Cause Verdict for State Farm in High-Stakes Trial

After a four-day jury trial where the plaintiff sought over $150,000 in damages, Zausmer Shareholder Kyle Warwick secured a no-cause verdict.

Zausmer shareholder, Kyle A. Warwick secured a no-cause of action verdict in favor of State Farm following a four-day jury trial. The plaintiff, a home healthcare agency, sought over $150,000 in damages for care prescribed by Dr. Louis Radden.

During the trial, the defense demonstrated that the treatment prescribed by Dr. Radden was not related to the motor vehicle accident in question. Warwick relied on expert testimony and medical records from the patient’s own providers to establish that the injuries had resolved before the patient even began treatment with Dr. Radden.

The jury took less than four hours to reach a verdict, determining that State Farm was not liable for the treatment and a no-cause of action was entered in favor of the defense.

We extend our congratulations to shareholder Kyle Warwick for this decisive victory.
