Michael Schwartz is a business and commercial litigator, representing insurers, individuals, and companies, including publicly-traded REITs and shopping malls, in both state and federal matters. He is a regular presenter at the Annual Claims Seminar hosted by the Insurance Institute of Michigan (now Insurance Alliance of Michigan). Michael earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and his law degree, cum laude, from the University of Georgia.
Devin Sullivan is an eminent domain and real property litigation attorney. He frequently represents condemning agencies in complex eminent domain matters. Devin was a key trial team member in multiple condemnation actions in the Michigan thumb region, and he has obtained appellate victories for his clients before the Michigan Court of Appeals and the Michigan Supreme Court. Devin earned his undergraduate degree, with high distinction, from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business, and his law degree, cum laude, from Harvard Law School.
Lauren Wawrzyniak is a member of the firm’s litigation practice. She handles business and commercial litigation, general negligence matters, and condemnation actions. Lauren has a reputation for tenacity and superior client service and counsel. She has consistently been recognized by Michigan Super Lawyers as a Rising Star and Top Woman Attorney since 2011. Lauren earned her undergraduate degree, cum laude, from Michigan State University, and her law degree, cum laude, from the University of Detroit Mercy Law School.
