Zausmer associate Brian D. King recently presented to the Michigan Trucking Association’s (MTA) Eastern Safety Council at its monthly meeting.
Brian shared a number of steps that motor carriers could take to structure more effective driver training and document retention programs. He also talked about the rise in jury verdicts, the potential causes for this rise, and the impact of television advertising on jury selection.
The MTA is a partnership of motor-carriers seeking to assure safer roads through education, leadership and advocacy.
