Zausmer Shareholder Devin Sullivan Named to Crain’s 40 Under 40 List

Zausmer Shareholder Devin Sullivan was recently named to Crain’s Detroit Business’ 2022 class of 40 under 40.

This peer-nominated distinction highlights the top-performing executives in their respective career fields. Devin, who has been an attorney at Zausmer since 2011 and a shareholder since 2018, has excelled at representing his clients and has proven to be well-deserving of this honor.

Devin focuses his practice on eminent domain matters, property law, and commercial litigation.  He frequently represents condemning agencies in complex eminent domain cases and was a key member of the trial team for multiple condemnation trial victories in Michigan’s Thumb region.  Through his work as a Special Assistant Attorney General, Devin has also been instrumental in securing land for the Gordie Howe International Bridge project.

“We are so proud of Devin’s recognition as a member of the 40 under 40 group,” said Managing Shareholder Mark Zausmer. “Devin has been instrumental in advancing development projects that are critical to the economic development of our region. His work on the Gordie Howe bridge project, as well as his work for the Great Lakes Water Authority and International Transmission Company, has been critical to the projects advanced by these public and private entities.”

Please join us in congratulating Devin on this great distinction!
