Through the ACC, Zausmer sponsored an in-depth program entitled “Don’t Strike Out: Navigating Privilege Issues for In-House Counsel” at Comerica Park on May 22, 2019. The lively panel discussion tackled attorney-client privilege issues faced by in-house counsel and covered such topics as:

  • The types of communications and documents that may be subject to attorney-client privilege.
  • How to ensure that in-house counsel are taking the necessary steps to shield important items.
  • How to avoid waiving attorney-client privilege.
  • Tips and tricks for communicating pitfalls to other employees.

Mischa and Michael, along with their clients and colleagues, presented an evening of engaging conversation and unique solutions, followed by networking and a great Tigers game.
