Jennifer Serwach Authors Article on No-Fault Reform and the Medicare Fee Schedule

Zausmer attorney Jennifer Serwach recently authored an article for The Journal of Insurance and Indemnity Law, a publication of the State Bar of Michigan’s Insurance and Indemnity Law Section.

Jennifer’s article, entitled “No-Fault Reform and Best Billing Practices: Navigating the Regulatory Landscape,” analyzes claims that are made under Medicare Parts A and B and their impact on billing practices for medical providers seeking payment under the No-Fault Act’s new Medicare fee schedule.
